Accessing Services Access to Information

The purpose of this project is to improve access to information about eligibility and services from federal, state and community sources for persons with disabilities of all ages in Maine. The website, www.AccessMaine.org, was produced from that effort and was designed, tested, and contains material developed by persons with disabilities. CMS has provided funding for this 3-year project under the 2001 Real Choices Systems Change grant solicitation.
