Community Living Housing Demonstrations

This project is funding three demonstrations (Ingraham and Amistad, Tri-County Mental Health Services, and Coastal Enterprises, Inc.) that will attempt to address barriers to housing. These demonstration projects are aimed at improving the responsiveness of the housing and planning boards to consumer needs, improving access to home ownership, and overcoming other barriers to housing for persons with disabilities.CMS has provided funding for this 3-year project under the 2001 Real Choices Systems Change grant solicitation.
